In November, 2004, we divided our real estate management division into the incorporated AvW Immobilien GmbH. This ensures the clear division of our various business offerings.

We currently own nine real estate properties in Austria. Several are rented out, others are available for touristic purposes on the Wörther Lake.

In an effort to increase our strength in this field, we aspire to attain one new property annually.
